Breaking Barriers is a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to teaching youth leadership and self discovery through the sport of rowing. Headquartered in Philadelphia, Breaking Barriers operates in Philadelphia and Camden, NJ with plans to expand into other cities including Boston, New York City and Washington DC.
